With over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, process control, and industrial automation, Jorge brings deep technical expertise across manufacturing, materials, and advanced technology environments. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Venezuela and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from NJIT.
His career includes roles in maintenance engineering, environmental safety operations, senior electrical engineering, and control systems engineering at organizations such as Revestivensa, Procter & Gamble Venezuela, Solidia Technologies, Inflexion Point, and Black Buffalo 3D. Throughout his career, he has led and supported complex control and process initiatives, consistently driving reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Jorge loves spending time with his family, enjoys watching thriller movies with his wife, and is also a passionate coffee entrepreneur. He owns his own coffee shop, roasts his own beans, and loves exploring and testing coffees from around the world — always in search of the perfect cup.
