Breakthrough Process, Zero Green Premium
Queens Carbon’s patented process is rooted in novel hydrothermal chemistry, leveraging steam and pressure to reduce production temperatures, deliver energy savings and cut COâ‚‚ emissions. Our low temperatures enable full energy flexibility, including conventional sources, novel industrial heat sources or full electrification. Unlike other solutions that require new feedstocks, higher energy and complex chemistry, our approach works with familiar, industry-standard raw materials and a simple, continuous production process with one added ingredient – water. Think of it as “The Instant Pot of Cement Manufacturing”.
Modular, On-Site Deployment
Our modular Q-System is designed to be installed directly at existing cement plants — providing a low-disruption, phased path to full decarbonization. The first produced material, Q-SCM (zero COâ‚‚ engineered supplementary cementitious materials), can replace up to 50% of traditional cement in concrete mixes today. The same Q-System platform can produce Q-Cement, a full cement replacement, as the market evolves.
